SayEstimate is a tool contractors use to create estimates and invoices, track expenses, and get paid. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because your trust matters more than legal theater.
SayEstimate ("SayEstimate," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by A&A Investments LLC, based in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, United States. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@sayestimate.com.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, or when your customers pay you through the app, payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers and bank details go directly to Stripe, we never see or store your full card number. We keep only limited records such as the amount, status, and a payment reference.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show you third-party ads.
Much of what you store in SayEstimate is information about your customers. You are responsible for that information and for having the right to collect it. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the app to you, for example, to email an estimate to the customer you addressed it to.
We share information with a small set of service providers who process it only to perform services for us:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we'll honor the rights that apply to you.
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
SayEstimate is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
